Milford, what is your credit history like? Do you have any defaults and or any other adverse data on your credit files?

if you have a pin you will have a card and yes if you phone they will find your account with your address you should ring them

So, what adverse data do you have on your files, you have mentioned that you several main-stream "high score" credit cards, is that correct?

Noooo, i'm scared it will link to the declined one last month...... maybe its a computer glitch so i'll just wait! I expect limit to be low, unlike BOI Gold (£3k start).....

Maybe Citi give like a £500 limit or something, doubt it will be in the 1000's?

Adverse data is that linked address stuff. So equifax is really bad but Experian just has about 35 searches and 3 live accounts with 1 default, in dispute cos it aint mine! There are 2 cifas which are also under dispute (sygma and BOS)

I have applied to BOI who sent me forms to sign and send back with ID, I think I got accepted cos (like mentioned in other thread) they said no, I appealed then got a CCA to sign and send back with a proposal. To me that's a yes. The start limit is £3k.

I have my HSBC banks and a couple of others (lloyds/barclays) and a couple of other cards but nothing that good, i.e. can't get virgin card or tesco card etc....

but what does this have to do with citi sending me a pin, surely if they sent the pin it's been accepted?

Great stuff, you did mention in one of your previous post's that you had a Gold Amex Charge Card, how did you manage to get that, was that before or during the time you had adverses data on your credit files?

A friend of mine has a Citi card, £500 starting limit, increase to £1000 after 6 months. Dont think limits will be dead high to start with as their minimum income requirement is only £7500.
You should have applied for the Ultima visa off them, tell em you earn £100000 per year :rotfl:
