  • Help

Aqua have phone me multiple time yesterday and today and there is no problems on my account and I have DD set for full payment to come out on the 9/2/09.
I contact Aqua to ask them what the problem and they said the account is fine. I made a complaint and a supervisor is calling me back.

I do not need this hassle so I want to make a full payment now by debit card and close the account but I have a dd set up so will they still try and take the payment even through I have paid it by debit card.

Ps my balance is only 19.98 and my credit limit is 250 so I am well under my limit.

    Thanks

Well Done. They keep on increasing mine on every new statement produced. I'm upto £325 so I'm expecting it to go to £425 when my next statement is produced.

Next are completely bizarre. This doesn't surprise me. They do this often do this. A forum member on this theard has their credit removed. 1 Month later they had put it back on. So just leave it open and I'm sure it will return.
    That would be me!
