    Thankyou
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.
  • Anyone been having problems with next?

My wife had an account 3 months old, only ordered 1 item and returned it. Balance was zero was on the last 2 statements.
She had a £250 limit, however she wanted to order some flowers, and the credit depatment said her credit limit is now ZERO.
    Bonkers!

Next are completely bizarre. This doesn't surprise me. They do this often do this. A forum member on this theard has their credit removed. 1 Month later they had put it back on. So just leave it open and I'm sure it will return.

    Happy Birthday Proliant! :p

I went into Halifax today, and as I expected, they haven't heard of Aqua and didn't know why Aqua said I could show my ID to Halifax employees. The lady that was helping me did not stop trying to get me to open a current account with a 0% overdraft and credit card with Halifax. It was terrible, she was practically begging.

I phoned Aqua, and they said I don't know why you was told you could go into a Halifax branch, as you can't.

In the end, I posted my passport and bank statement (Not including the front page as I already sent that to a different company) to them via Special Delivery.

The lady on the phone also said ''Once we receive your ID, the computer makes an instant decision'' ''You can still be declined''.

Sort of giving up hope on this company. Their customer service hasn't been that great so far and it's cost me £5 to send my passport to them which I was very reluctant to do. I just hope it gets back to me safely.

They'll be in contact in a few days hopefully.

I would never have posted my passport to them. There are other means to prove your ID.

The other forms of ID I did not have, as I'm 18 and didn't have a tax form, mortgage statement, credit card statement etc... passport was the only form of ID I have.
