    When you upgrade your phone, you enter into a new 18 month contract (they are moving to 2 year from next month), you will be eligible for an upgrade in your 15th month, and you can change downwards then.

    You can sideways step to other animal packages, but only on equivalent tariffs of £25+

    You're on the Dolphin 30 plan, good handset the HTC, if you have old stock, you may have to perform a software upgrade via the HTC website, as the message notification doesn't dissapear, other than that, people seem to rate them, and they're Orange exclusive as well.

    As I am getting the Dolphin 30 for £25 instead of £30 I have to wait 9 months into my new contract before I can downgrade to the Dolphin 25
