I have a huge amount of toiletries that I accumulate as gifts and my mum is always giving me stuff. Food is not too bad as we've only lived in our house for 3 months.
Funny think is that I read up to page 7 on tis yesterday and then this morning went to get a new can of deodorant and I don't have any so I'm wearing OH's today! All those toiletries and no spare deodorant! :eek:Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -

So, this month we shall be having duck, frozen spinach and profiteroles, with a side order of wholemeal pittas..

Hi everyone
I would love to join this thread too. Have been trying unsucessfully to use up stuff since the beginning of January 2007. Also feel like I'm never going to use it all up, it kills me that it's taking so long. I have so much food to use up as I usually buy nice things to eat when I go back home to SA every year, and it just seems like I have mountains of food to use up.
The two freezers are overflowing and driving me nuts too.
When it comes to my bathroom the cupboard is bursting with things, enough to open up my own boots store! LOL.
As for my clothes, have had to put some away into suitcases and boxes as it's falling out of my wardrobe.
I therefore have to use all this stuff up this year and not buy anymore at all. It's so boring but I find menu planning helps and although it's slow, it is working but at least it's saving me loads of money on groceries and toiletries.
Thanx
LH

Oooh I want to do this too - our cupboards are crammed with toiletries and cleaning products! I so need to use stuff up instead of squirrelling it all away.
We also have bottles of drink no-one likes - will have to investigate using it up in cooking instead.0 -
I'm a bit embarrassed to admit I'm still using up some of the stuff I started using up when this thread was started last year0
