Still NSDing - so budget still stands. Still in the odd situation of not having bought anything but having "spent" £30  :rotfl:.
Best of luck everyoneIf you see me on here - shout at me to get off and go and get something useful done!!

I've put in a massive order at Sainsbury, due to come on Tuesday, so will update then with actual order total, its just over £100, but this should keep us in everything until the end of the month (apart from milk) and beyond. This is a bit of an experiment really, to see if its cheaper to buy week to week or big shop once a month. As neither me or my boyfriend drive we prefer a delivery as the cost of a cab back is ridiculous, as is the idea of lugging shopping on the buses (2 buses to get home).Grocery budget in 2023 £2279.18/£2700Grocery budget in 2022 £2304.76/£2400Grocery budget in 2021 £2107.86/£2200Grocery budget in 2020 £2193.02/£2160Saving for Christmas 2023 #15 £ 90/ £3650

How have you done that? I have also had all grocery nsds so far this month..:oWhat Would Bill Buchanan Do?0 -
Well, I failed January's challenge completely, ending up at £360. But I am determined and will get to £280 this month.0

Currently at £49.27 of my £120 budget for the month, eek. I have however got stuffed cupboards/freezers, and most of my posh valentine's dinner food bought (Including a large bottle of southern comfort). I forgot it was my flatmate's birthday this month, and she had dominoes and drinks in the flat...0

Reverbe - it's simply because I put £100 in an envelope for the month's money ... and then DH "needed" to get dog food and DD "needed" £10 for petrol to get to the dentist! So, I haven't spent any of the money, but it's gone all the same.
At least I'm promised the tenner back - I suspect that the £20 for the dog will not result in a very fat dog though ..... hey ho. I'll have to manage with £70 for this month, thank goodness for a well filled freezer! If you see me on here - shout at me to get off and go and get something useful done!!
