  • tiger roll fruit and yogurt.... I'm so boring I buy a pack of six rolls and have them every day for a week. I don't change my lunchtime eating daily, I vary breakfast and evening meals but lunchtimes I tend to have them same thing for a week or two then move on. I think it's a bit :money: and a bit bone idleness:p

Today, I have had HM bread for brekkie (toast), then for lunch Cheese & Coleslaw sarnies with a dairy milk bar (plus the compulsory Elevenses which were HM peanut butter covered biscuits - YUMTASTIC) and tonight will be prob pasta & pesto or some weird concoction made up from freezer odds and sods..... or I may have chips, beans and fishcakes for the third time this week! LOL.

  • Same old soup for me tomorrow.... spicy carrot and butterbean and I'll take the last couple of lices of 'on the edge of stale' bread. Crikey this soup seems to have lasted an age! I think I subconciously made this one too spicy so I dont eat as much lol x

    Sounds (and looks - ;) ) delicious.

Tuna Pasta Salad, thrown together last night before bed time for my dinner today.

Last night, had left over chilli and rice for tea. Found it at the back of the freezer !!!

I've been a bit naughty this last week, not posting, not doing PAD's and even worse, I've been spending on my CC.

SLAP MY HANDS AND FACE. I'm gonna change.

  • Hiya,

Don't know if I posted yesterday but it was lazy old cup-a-soup and a couple of slices of bread again. Today is a bit more appetising - left over chilli from the other night with some pasta (I wasn't sure about reheating rice in the microwave at work...)

Lunch yesterday changed and became a chicken sandwich using meat left over from Sunday's roast. Dinner was non-existent because I wasn't hungry:rolleyes:

Today: Lunch will be a slice of quiche, with a few salad leaves, tomato and beetroot. Dinner maybe turkey escalope and 10 oven chips or it may be a lamb grill with the same amount of chips or if I can shift myself a beef stew made with shin that I got in the butcher this morning:D

  • Missed lunch (again - I seem to be less organised when I'm at home!), so have just had a couple of rice cakes with Philladelphia.

Tea tonight will be something like chick chasseur, I think.

The cupboards are pretty bare, but I'm not allowing anyone to buy extras as there's an asda delivery due tomorrow morning!
