Hello!
Thank you so much for this! My mum was paying £28.99 for platinum and in less then 4 minutes Prince dropped it from £28.99 to £12.99 to £9.99!!!
Brilliant over £200 saving a year. She is well happy!2009 Comping - 2x Superbowl Superbash tickets, body butter, easter hamper!:j0 -
I just called up to see when my contract ends (I currently pay £14.99 a month), then as it expires in a month said i wanted to give my notice. They put me through to cancellations who immediately offered me £6.99 a month for faster broadband and free UK landline calls 24/7 (is £9.99 without the free calls!)!! Bonus. Thanks.:beer:0

I had to phone twice to get the deal. The first guy just said he would send a MAC, with no discussion.I was on £9.99 before, and now have a 12 month contract for unlimited service for £6.99 including anytime calls and wireless router thrown in. Shame I had to agree to the contract, but felt it was worth it. Girl I spoke to who offered the deal said that price was fixed for life.0

They offered me 9.99 without the calls or 6.99 with, so its worth a go!:beer:0

no one mentioned a contract to me
i wonder if i automatically go onto a new one?
how can i find out(without phoning) when my contract is up? i have no idea about these things:think:0 -
I found out about this deal last July after I was paying £19.99. All that they could give me at the time is £6.99 for broadband but had to take out aol tal evening and weekends totalling £9.99.
Just rang them up after reading most of this replies and said that I knew two people who had got the £6.99 deal and this included 24/7 free telephone calls. Anyway, after haggling I got it for £6.99 all in (inc 24hr free calls) :beer:0 -
p.s for those who are on a contract, so I am I so not sure what is happening there. However, I guess I did not haggle on the broadband cost, it was getting the free telephone calls to bring my bill down. If they would have offered me £6.99 for broadband, I would have stuck with BT for my calls. For me at the time I had to take their talk package but £9.99 was still worth it.0

I dont know how you have managed to change so easily. I have had nothing but problems for the last 6 weeks trying to sort out a better deal....i have been told countless times its all sorted but then when i ring back to check how its going the rep on the phone says i havent ordered anything etc. its beyond entertaining now.0
