Have been on AOL Gold at £9.99 for over 12 months now also get free telephone calls 24/7 from them included in the price.

Call 0844 4995555 go through to option 2 for billing.

i phoned this no. and they said because i was on £9.99 that was the cheapest package. so i told them my work colleague was on 6.99 with free calls and they transferred me and lovely guy said wouldnt be a problem. even offered me free router but didnt want one.
    :p

    thankyou everyone
  • Does anyone know if new customers can get the £6.99 deal - I can't take the calls though (as I'm tied into BT) and am guessing they'll say no as they make most of the profit from the calls?

We were paying 29.99 a year ago and got it lowered to 14.99. Did'nt know it could get as low as 6.99. Anyway, the level of service dropped too as soon as the bill halved. AOL said it was because the account was classed as a power user and took priority. The speed must have dropped by half so you have to consider that you get what you pay for.
