in It's gone, but was it any good?
I am paying £24.99 a month on AOL Gold. I telephoned them up the other day stating it was too much now. They reduced my monthly payments to £9.99 permanently and gave me a wireless router free of charge! I am staying on AOL Gold. Worth giving them a bell!

    Have been on AOL Gold at £9.99 for over 12 months now also get free telephone calls 24/7 from them included in the price.

    Call 0844 4995555 go through to option 2 for billing.

    I have been paying £6.99 for all the above. I have been with them for over 3 years. I was out of contract at the time and they reduced my fee from £9.99 to £6.99 to retain me.

    Yikes - where have I been! I thought I did good to get silver reduced from £17.99 to £14.99. Have been with aol for years - they'll be getting a call from me in the morning. Thanks all.

    and me..... 24.99 every month for longer than I care to say, there must be thousands of us mugs! We are not on Gold though we are on 9.0 not sure if that matters but... calling tomoz

    Ring member services on 0117 919 1100 cheaper/free depending on your mobile tariffs. Your sucess will be greater if you are out of contract or nearing expiry.Ask for mac code as a last resort.

    Well done. I've been really fed up with AOL over the last 6 months and I'm paying £17.99 for SILVER. Wish I had the bottle to ring them. Nothing ventured etc.,

    well if you keep quiet you'll end up continuing to get ripped off. I would definately ring them in the morning and would not settle for anything less than £9.99
