7 - finish knitting shrug thingy

the kitchen was still very tidy from this week so have managed to a good bit - was later getting home than I expected but my lovely friend needed company and to chat as she is on the verge of cracking up due to various family problems. We had a nice day despite everything I think it took her mind of it a little and we went to a nice garden centre for lunch which I treated her to as its her birthday this week.
I got home - wrapped up 4 things that had been paid and took them and a parcel to my bruv to the PO- to poundland for some bits and then home - have done the kitchen for now - will do more as the week goes on and have also managed 2X 60 flings! Thanks to mudbath for that challenge!

I am dreading tomorrows list now - I expect its going to be the LR and hall since summer needs her sofa done by DH:rotfl: :rotfl: and its my worst room and I need a whole day at it and was hoping it would be wednesday as I am tired and couldnt face it!- oh well will just have to re-arrange my week:rotfl: :rotfl:
Job N0 7 The knitting - is well under way again - a few rows ripped back so that i wont have a ridge and they have been re-done - was further on than I had remembered - have done the back and I am half way up the left front!

There's been loads of flying done today so well done to you all!!:T

It looks like Tabitha is doing ok.. she is a lot more alert today and stopped fitting.. I still think it is bruising or pressure in her head from the birth. Thank you all for your good wishes and prayers etc..

GREENBEE, could you help me with Item 5 please? I know you said freezer, but can't remember if I am supposed to discharge it first? It's really annoying me as it's only lasting about 30 minutes...

Probably a good idea to discharge it. If it's only lasting 30 minutes that shouldn't be a problem. Run it down before you go to bed [STRIKE]tonight [/STRIKE]tomorrow morning  , and bung it in the freezer. Leave it for 24 hours if you can, then charge fully (with the machine off) and discharge fully before recharging. This will recalibrate it. If this doesn't work, its f*cked :D

L-L & Crafty - glad your appointments went well

Pigpen - great news on Tabitha. Positive vibes for further good news and a quick return home on their way!

    Congratulations Tia!

Diva - healing vibes and prayers for you and Tristan

soappie - how do you sleep at night owning shares in Mr T ;)

Flower - glad your Mum's problem was sorted... even if she didn't get the fight she wanted :rotfl:

Congratulations to all the '60 thing fling'-ers... it's a great idea (thanks Mudbath) and if you do it one day when I'm at home I'll join in...

I did some flying at work today... my work bag and my desk. And I then checked a few drawers in our 8 LARGE filing cabinets and was NOT impressed by what I found... There was only one of the team left in the office at that stage (doing overtime), so she's under instructions to get them all to have a sort out (there was unfiled correspondence, CDs that should have been catalogued LAST MAY) tomorrow and I expect it all to be sorted by the time I get back to the office on Wednesday. I'll obviously have to keep an eye on it.

m0Zzy - good luck with the viewing. Follow Flower's advice... she knows her stuff!
greenbee your life would be easier if you decided what to wear the night before - even I can mange that!!:rotfl:

I know it would, but its one of the things I find really difficult... and if I'm going to the gym before work every morning I have to. But not much fits at the moment :o which makes it hard...

    Congrats to Mudbath's DD

Toots - well done, you're back on form again!

Now I need to find my list and see whether there is anything I can do before bed. Need an early night as I have to be up at 6am for a 7am gym appointment, but am then working from home. Yoga is at 7.50 pm.

Went to Yoga today (I was late... traffic... ), but didn't stay for Pilates as a. I went yesterday and don't want to overdo it ;) as it's SUCH hard work :p , and b. I was tired and want to make sure I wake up tomorrow!

Well done to everyone who has been working on their tax returns. I haven't done one as they told me I didn't need to do a full return and sent me a form to fill in (I have a copy upstairs somewhere i think) but am now wondering whether it would be a good idea to fill one in, just in case... I have all the information reasonably accessible...
