Denise replied to my e-mail asking if I had another copy of the letter. I don't, since I was rushing to get the original in on time! :mad: I'll have to go to the doctor's today or tomorrow and ask for another letter. I can't believe they lost it! :mad: :mad: :mad: I'm off for a nice, calming shower in a minute, we'll see if I feel better after that.

I've had the shower and I feel a bit better now. I'm going to get my clean laundry away in a minute. I won't be able to put any dirty stuff in the machine before I go to uni since I don't get back til 10:30pm and I can't run the tumbledryer at that time of night. I'll see if I can get the pots done instead. I can't wait 'til the society meeting tonight, it'll be so good to see some friends again and have a few drinks. I really need to just get everything out of my system and have a good time.

I'm sat in the library, killing time before the bus. I've decided to spend my winnings from the bookies (£5.60, it turned out to be) on having a meal at the pub tonight. I know I should be putting it towards my c/c but I really feel like I need a nice meal out for once. After all the stress lately, I need to unwind. Is that stupid of me? (Honest question there btw).

I've just joined the 100 day challenge. Starting tomorrow, I won't buy any food from vending machines. I'm not cutting out crisps and chocolate altogether, I'm just going to make an effort to get them from the shops from now on. As soon as they add me onto the list, I'll add it to my siggy.

I'm going down for the bus in a sec. I'll try to post tonight when I get back. If I don't, then I'll write again tomorrow.

I've just added the 100 day challenge to my siggy and decided to make it more interesting and colourful at the same time. Hope you like it.

I've got my car booked for it's MOT tomorrow so I HAVE to get up tomorrow morning. Which means bed soon so I won't sleep in.

Somehow, I still managed to sleep in, thankfully only until 9. I'm now awake, dressed and ready to go (breakie can wait until I get back) so I thought I'd do a quick post 1st.

Denise has just got back to me. Registry have left her a message saying my mitigating circumstances letter has gone through! :j :j :j So that's brilliant! They still haven't corrected it on the Student Portal yet but I'll give them time. Also, I've just realised that I have a ticket through SeeFilmFirst to go see Marley and Me on Sun. I ordered it a while back, thought I was going to James' this weekend, meant to cancel it and promtly forgot all about it. I just found out this morning when I tried to get another ticket for the same showing and they said I already had one.

On not so good news, my landlord has cashed my £100 cheque, leaving me with £10.86 until 20th April! :eek: So I'm going to the O2 shop today and trying to get a upgrade for my phone. I've come up with the white lie that I want to give the new phone to 'my little sister' (who I invented in the pub last night ) so I can find out if I have to keep that phone. So if that works, I can flog it on Ebay and that should bring some money in.

I'd better get going, I now only have 10 mins for the car heater to warm up before I set off to the garage. Wish me luck!

It failed. I'm looking at £400 worth of repairs. :eek:

I'm going for a job in Keysham, near Bath, tomorrow. It's going to cost £6.50 on the bus to get there but it sounds like one of those 'when can you start?' jobs. In other words, they're desperate. Which is good, because that makes two of us. So hopefully, I should get that. I have a good feeling about it and my good feelings usually turn out to be right.

I've been to the O2 shop and I have about £75 I can put towards a new phone. I'll have a look on their website, pick one for less than that and go in on Mon and buy it. Then I can stick it on Ebay and hope I get something for it.

Hi Kayleigh, good luck with the job and the ebaying. Hope it goes well tomorrow at least if you get the one you are going for you wil be making some money. Depending how often you work you may be able to get a cheaper weekly or student ticket to get there and back. You could still keep your eyes open for something else at the same time in case you can find something closer that won't cost so much to get there.

@ silaqui - Thanks for replying, it's nice to know people actually read this sometimes. Thankfully, it'll only be tomorrow that I'm taking the bus, since my car's in the garage. Once I get it back, I'll be driving there and back. A friend from the Pagan society pointed out the road near her house which has bay parking and plenty of spaces so I can stick the car there on a night when I don't want to hunt for a space on my street. Then I can just move it back to near me on a Mon morning when everyone's cleared off to work.

I'm off to bed in a minute, I'm hoping for a early start tomorrow so I can get some books from the library once I get back from Keynsham. I need to get a move on with my Sikhism essay this weekend, it's due in on the 20th and I won't get much more free time to work on it. So I'll do my list for tomorrow then go to bed.

lol nobody ever comments on mine either, I don't mind too much though it keeps my head in order and seems to be working so far!
Good luck with the job and the assignment today - I have one I really ought to be doing but work keeps getting in the way!

I've been lounging around in my PJs since 9:30 and just watched Diagnosis Murder. My housemate Siobhan got me into it, it's really good. I need to get dressed now though and get my clean washing sorted before I head off for the job interview. Just a quick post now but I'll put something else later. Talk soon.
