I won't bother with the pre-amble, no one's reading this anyway.

    List for tomorrow

Finish "ex-gay" section in Christianity essay.
One load of washing (wash, dry, put away).
[STRIKE]Buy cereal.[/STRIKE] Have decided to hold off for now, I can just have toast.
    [STRIKE]Wash bowls.[/STRIKE] Done.
    Shave legs.
    Have shower.
[STRIKE]Cancel teeth-whitening subscription (that'll teach me to check the small-print! )[/STRIKE] Done.
[STRIKE]Check for free bet on Bodog (if it's not there by 4pm, e-mail to complain).[/STRIKE] Done, it's there.
    [STRIKE]Get down to under 2000 unread e-mails ( ).[/STRIKE] Done.

What's the bet everything but the essay will get done?

I am reading, don't stop writing. I am sure people read more than you realise! Hope you are ok anyway.

I was wondering if I'd lure anyone out of the woodwork with that comment. :D I was a bit depressed last night, as you could probably tell. But as long as I finish my list, I should be in a good mood by the end of today.

Yes, I know, it's not finished. But I'm refusing to feel guilty about it, I got enough done today.

    List for tomorrow

    Shave legs.
    Have shower.
Finish "ex-gay" section in Christianity essay.
    [STRIKE]Put away washing.[/STRIKE] Done.
    Do another load.
    [STRIKE]Put away pots.[/STRIKE] Done.
[STRIKE]Call garage.[/STRIKE] Done, booked in for tomorrow.
[STRIKE]Get down to 1950 unread e-mails.[/STRIKE] Done, I'll keep going and see how many I can clear.

That's more than enough to be getting on with. Now I'd better get to sleep before I fall asleep again when I get home tomorrow.

  • I just remembered this diary and decided to start using it again before I use up the rest of the world's trees writing lists on paper. :rotfl: So, as quick a summary as I can manage.

I'm on Prozac, getting counselling and re-sitting my final year at uni. I should be making my module choices for next year either this Fri or early next week, depending on when the deputy registrar of the uni is free for a meeting. I have an essay on faith schools to finish by whenever the appointment is in order to reduce the amount of modules I have to do next year. Hopefully, I can knock one more out of the way after that one as well.

Reading back through this diary, I'm shocked by how negative I sounded. No wonder people rarely ever replied to anything I put, I guess I didn't really look worth trying to help. I wasn't really accepting much help, that's for sure.

I've finally told my family how bad things are. I'd do anything to take it back and keep the guilt to myself, they don't deserve this worry. My grandparents have come down to Bath for a few days to help me get organised for my house move at the end of the month. They shouldn't have to, they're in their 80s for God's sake! I can't believe I've put them through all this. I wish I could change it but I know no amount of wishing with help. I just have to move forward.

I don't have a list for now, tbh, having family here is taking up most of my time. I just wanted to get all this off my chest so I could get some sleep, even though part of me feels like I don't deserve sleep until this mess is sorted. But I know that's stupid. So I'm going to bed now and I'll write again as soon as I can.

Ok, it's a brand new day all to myself to get on with some work. So here's my list.

    List for today

    [STRIKE]Have shower.[/STRIKE] Done.
[STRIKE]Go shopping (cereal, loo roll, Pro Plus, cooking oil).[/STRIKE] Done.
    [STRIKE]Pick up prescription. [/STRIKE] Done.
    [STRIKE]Pay money into bank.[/STRIKE] Done.
[STRIKE]Washing hokey cokey (missed that phrase :D) one load.[/STRIKE] Done.
    [STRIKE]Work on essay.
    [/STRIKE] Done.
It's not a difficult list and it can easily be done.

Ok, it's technically Fri, so I can do my list for today now. :D

    List for today

[STRIKE]Wash and dry work clothes. [/STRIKE] Done.
[STRIKE]E-mail woman about counselling course.[/STRIKE] Done.
    [STRIKE]Wash pots.[/STRIKE] Done.
[STRIKE]Shred paper from paper shredding pile. [/STRIKE] Done.
Write at least 200 words on essay.
[STRIKE]Go shopping (cereal, vinegar, washing powder, mouth wash, washing up liquid, bread).[/STRIKE] Done.
    [STRIKE]Make sandwiches for work.[/STRIKE] Done.

I don't think that's much to ask myself to do, even with a 6 and a 1/2 hour ( ) shift at Dominos in the evening.
