    Flying Jacob
    Chicken (cooked)
    2 sliced bananas
    300ml whipped cream
    1 packet of bacon
    small handful of peanuts
    sliced mushrooms
    ketchup or chili sauce.

put small chicken pieces in an oven dish, slice bananas and put on top. Whip the cream and add some ketchup or chili sauce to flavor it then spread it over the chicken. Fry the bacon and mushroom and add it to the oven dish. sprinkle the peanuts on.
put it in the oven 200-225c (gas 6-7) for 20min. Serve it with rice and salad.

We are not doing a whole weeks meal plan, just the day before plan, as my back has been playing up and it is hard to tell in advance what days I will be sore!
Might steal some ideas from here though :) and curry will likely feature, as will something with peppers.
Might do a full week again next week, have a good week everyone!
