They say court, but I believe this type of issue is sorted in a kind of "headmasters study" at the court.
I've never actually been myself despite threatening several mobile companies with LBA, they were always paid once the breach had been highlighted.

Well i've received a copy of the defence but it has an attachment missing as well various chunks of text in some places. Pretty unprofessional really. Should i ring the court and ask them to send me a copy of the defence (i'm assuming they have one with all the correct attachments) or should i ring the solicitor dealing with it or just leave it?0
