They say court, but I believe this type of issue is sorted in a kind of "headmasters study" at the court.
I've never actually been myself despite threatening several mobile companies with LBA, they were always paid once the breach had been highlighted.

Received paperwork back from the court today, have to send it back by the end of august. Am i best leaving it till the last minute?

Well i've received a copy of the defence but it has an attachment missing as well various chunks of text in some places. Pretty unprofessional really. Should i ring the court and ask them to send me a copy of the defence (i'm assuming they have one with all the correct attachments) or should i ring the solicitor dealing with it or just leave it?

Did you not get a copy of the fax attached to the back of it that seemed to have the missing text and annex.
