My letter to B&Q was delivered on the 28th July.

How long should i wait for a reply.

Up to 14 days from the date of the letter. If they reply declining, you can sue straight away if you want, or wait the full 14 days.

My claim was submitted on the 1st of July, by my reckoning i should be able to start my 'Judgment by Default' todayhowever it is still saying i have to wait?

If you look at your "Notice of issue" from the court it says " defendant has until ?? of July to reply, that gives them until midnight on that date to reply, if they do not then the system should allow you to ask for judgement by default, if it will not then ring the court they were very helpful to me when i did ....0845-601 5935 or 01604 619402, you will need your claim number

Reply letter from B&Q arrived..

Looks like standard reply letter with my name on the top. In short wont be supplying myself with the dishwasher or not ordering any stock.

Does the wording of the letter matter.?

What do i do now.?

Ok, im struggling on the claim amount. Is it the difference in price £260.99 plus £25.

Is the defendant name ok as 'B and Q'

They left it to the last minute, deadline was midnight tonight....

The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly.

^^ What does that mean.

I hope it doesnt go this way with me, or ill have alot of reading to do, plus ive only been into court once, that was a crown court in the viewing area.
