Thanks, have just double checked the letter and you are correct, they only have 28 days in totalwhich doesn't leave much time until I will be asking for a judgement too.

keep up the pressure guys, keep eye on deadlines and strike. If B&Q chellenge a judgment by default and settle out of court, i wonder if we can go for abuse of court process.

Dont sign any confidentiality agreement when you have a judgment in your favour either.

Is it worth emailing the t&c posted on the rainwater tank thread to trading standards? Should i just edit out the bit about the rainwater tank and replace it with the dishwasher info?

Has anyone filed for judgement by default yet, i will be doing this next week or can i expect them to file a defence at the last minute?

it will be a last minute defence. I am just also having something else clarified with B&Q proceedure at the moment.
