    Hi

Anybody put in a claim and/or received a reply. I sent off a letter to B+Q, but no joy. Is it worth going through the small claims?

Positive things are happening behind the scenes - it's simply the case that the wheels of justice grind slowly.

I guess the flood gates will open for B & Q if they loose this case, unless of course you have to have your complaint in within a cetain time limit?

I would be very surprised if this ends in court over £300 or something, as this will go to the main press.

Even if B&Q are in the wrong they will have to fight this, as if reports were right and 500/600 people could be involved and waiting for the outcome and only half took further action. then it would amount to far more than £300......

they seem to leave it to the last possible moment. i am gathering evidence to timings and the fact that the same defence could have been lodged at the same time for each case without wasting time.

We've already seen it doesn't take much to get you excited TBeckett100 :)

Hope your not wasting too much ££ on all this.

Why are you returning to a thread that is clearly of no interest to you. It sounds to me that you may have too much time on your hands.
