B and q have copied the whole thread so it doesn't matter. They are relying on other persons threads which quote text I deleted to put before a judge not knowing the poster can amend the copied text.

Iknow of other cases in the system so I would have thought a blanket defense would have been made not a tailored dig for dirt. I think they will see me in court which I want to clear this up for all to know outcomE

Surely to goodness though B&Q would realise that TBeckett100 could be anyone posting with the username, not necessarily the same person who has lodged a claim against then. The internet is inherently an unsafe environment. How many John Smiths ordered I wonder :P

Using past posts on here does not prove the claimant and poster are the same person. Their defence will be laughed out of court on that basis alone

Why are you so keen on knocking the efforts made?
Were you never told 'if you cannot say anything nice, say nothing.'
I for one do hope that the people suing get something.
Cannot see the point in knocking someone else's efforts.

Not knocking anyones efforts, just having a bit of a laugh. It was quote of the year for these forums sueing for "loss of bargain".
