How much effort did it take you to type that message? Not a lot is my guess although i could be very wrong... my reply to b&q will certainly require very little effort, also i fail to see what concern is it of yours if i decide to send a reply to an email or not.

Whilst I agree with what you are saying, one very quick email to point out they have broken their T&Cs is worth it just to see their response. I'm just waiting for the "we can change the T&Cs as and when we please" bit.

I've emailed to ask why they are saying money has not been debited from my account, when it clearly has.

It seems they have took money off some people, then processed a refund without telling them, and then later email saying "We...confirm that no money has been debited from your account for the Zanussi Dishwasher(s) ZDT6053".

This is not cricket imo.

Looks like 2 different emails. Check yours properly. Mine states:

Maybe they've changed the email - what time did yours arrive?

I was charged for the product, but my email clearly states I wasn't.

Yes, I like the 'system error' too...shame they couldn't say 'human error'.

I just hope my other items are not cancelled, which were better bargains than the dishwasher....but unlike the dishwasher, delivery dates were given for these.

You're participating in a thread on an online forum which is titled "possible misprice" and yet you fail to realise none of your blarb about contracts is in anyway valid if a court could find reasonable evidence that a mistake has been made.

Do you not think B&Q have the capability of looking on the internet? Of finding a copy of your letter?
