Sorry I really am going off topic. Noticed that you have a ped egg too. Can I ask, does the 'cheese grater click into the egg or just slot in and you hold the edges? Just wondering if I have a faulty one. Thanks.
Yes it sort of clicks into it's holder. Infact i've found it really difficult to re-open it to empty _pale_ as it's quite stiff.
Think you've prob got a faulty one...or maybe i have!

SandraScarlett - I think your inbox might need emptying soon
Hi rubesAnything good that you can remember? :rotfl:
Hi Chick xx
I can remember that there is no 75% stuff anywhere around.
I need to go to the back of the classroom.......... I got 2 of the S&G handwash reduced to £2.40 and 1 mini flakeaway...... forget to hand over my £2 voucher out of my xmas giftset. Haven't bothered printing any of the other vouchers doing the round.........more hassel than its worth.
Still looking for receipt:rolleyes:0 -
To Sandra: I'm sure you were really hurt by the comment earlier. However, in a wierd way it was a compliment - it shows that sooooo many people enjoy your posts that it provokes jealousy from some. I had to laugh at the 'god-like' comment as it was soooooo ludicrous (and patronising to the rest of us). You are a nice lady who posts funny stories, which loads of people like. Anyone who is here purely for cold hard facts can ignore your fun posts, and the more sociable ones (like me lol) can read them. Don't go.
ALSO:
Thanks to the lovely lady on here who sent me a Love Notes voucher (thanks to the others who offered as well). I managed to get a 'Boots Exclusive Girard New York Nights Gift Set' for £3-ish. It's lush - and does smell like Armani Code, which is my fave perfume. The nice SA was amazed.
Not much in clearance to spend vouchers on - tried reduced Olay stuff with wrinklie but it bleeped. All of the SAs were really lovely today.0 -
SS please reconsider. I am one of those who threw away or gave away wrinklies, blinkies etc. but since reading this thread I've got a head start on my pressies and ideas on gifts to make up I know you are not the only one to give tips but your posts make me laugh as I am a P.O.G. too I can empathise with a lot of your posts so please, please, please don't leave us.
To those asking about P&P body serum it was just on the normal shelf this morning so I asked for a price check and it was half price so it's worth asking, my SA was lovely but I haven't found one in local branch who isn't.
Off topic - I have a coupon for 20% of Elizabeth Arden to use on P & O Ferries from Dover which I won't use valid till 31/03/09. "It's what you learn after you know it all that counts." John Wooden0 -
Rubes and Passion glad to see you back girls:hello:
SS ( and I don't mean the tills ) please don't stop posting..your antics have me in giggles...I am sure your posts give us all a bit of light relief from what is going on around us xThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. She's left the room, and shut the door
She will not cause disharmony
Or conflict and controversy
And so to Boots, she went today
And spent her points (no cash to pay)
She used her wrinklies, and her card
Though getting through her day was hard
Alas poor Sandra has the blues
That card she will no longer use
And she'll do like she did before
And shop at market stalls, once more
At S*perdr*g, her cash she'll spend
For now, her Bootsing days will end
She'll give herself a little break
Cos "God like" posts are hard to take
So thank you for your great support
And for the tips that I've been taught
And thank you for the PMs too
But, for the while, I'll say .................... Adieu
xx
Nooooooooooooooooo
<grabs Sandra by the ankles, crying and refuses to let go>
Please don't go Sandra <sob>You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that
