:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: And isn't that the nice thing about this thread that we can and do laugh at ourselves. Both of these posts really made me laugh out loud.

(I know I shouldn't start sentences with And, but it seemed ok after the smilies)
When I first starting reading this thread, I thought to myself "what a lot of people are called TIA on here". How thick is that...... :rotfl:

Also wanted to ask if anyone else has used the Olay Thermal Face Wash thingy, I used last night now my face is very sore and red. Has anyone else had problems?
I have used it every day for the past week or so now and have had no problems at all. My skin feels so much smoother after using. Think i'll stock up before the vouchers expire !!:T
I used mine for the first time this morning and my skin does feel softer - hope it's not just my imagination!:rotfl:

If it causes irritation take it back ans ask for a refund/exchange?

Don't you have to be the Pope to do that?? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Shurrup and keep sipping the wine and eating the wafers :rotfl:

I think Pope Passion8 has a certain ring to it, don't you? ;) (Btw Polls, it's not bad English anymore to begin a sentence with "And". That 'rule' went out around about the time we stopped having to spit on blocks of mascara and use that teeny little brush thing :D How gross is that when you think about it now? _pale_ ;))

Anyway, no bargains locally today, unless half priced tampons count. Don't need them at all  , but had to buy something lol and I'm surrounded by female family members who usually get some sort of gwp when I see them, so they'll make a change. A big one :D

And (lol) those miniature brag books were 50p each but bogof. Usual conditions apply if anyone's desperate for one ;)

Hi all,

Just wanted to share a purchase that tickled me today........

I had a £1.50 off mens expert ACM coupon and noticed there were a couple of items in clearance (hence free). I didn't really want anything so I picked up an item which made me laugh, the name just sounds so comical: Mens Expert Razor Bump Splash! :rotfl:

Made me smile, which is a first in a while (been having some troubles at home!) And gave it to my slightly bemused sisters boyfriend!

;)
This could be the beginning of a hamper for a man that needs special help, could put it with the Bald Guy headwipes some peeps were getting. I'm still looking out for them! Ha Ha

**on topic**

Am now the proud owner of a Ped Egg & hopefully, soon to be, Ex-Member of the 'Hobbit Foot Club':rotfl: :rotfl:

Sorry I really am going off topic. Noticed that you have a ped egg too. Can I ask, does the 'cheese grater click into the egg or just slot in and you hold the edges? Just wondering if I have a faulty one. Thanks.

Tried to use S&G voucher yesterday but was told I could not use them due to them not having a billing address. They said Head Office are looking into it.

Found the no17 silver clutch bag for a pound, were quite a few left.

Do the No17 clutch bags contain any make-up, like the gold No7 ones did?

Well popped into boots today and got some stuff. I think i got bargains but as i'm new to this not as good as the experienced bootsers out there.

No7 Body Serum was £24.50, half price to £12. 25 then used £5 off voucher from extras machine so got it for £7.25 in the end.
No7 GWP - Free
No7 nail varnish (purple) just love the colour - £6.10
Roc Facial Wipes £6.49 with £5 skincare voucher £1.49
HE Shampoo + Free conditioner £2.92 + 100 points
Also used No7 250points voucher

So got all of the above for £17.76 and instead of £40.01.
and got 378 points.

Not bad i thought.

Have a good day all.

Does anyone know if the body serum is half price at cribbs causeway? And also if they still had some of the £5 off £25 spend voucher...and...when the £5 off is valid until.
Sorry, loads of ques. :D

EDIT: found out its valid till 06.03.09,

Hiya Sarnd,

I was there last night (I'm from Weston too) and I bought no 7 P&P, but didn't notice if the body serum was half price, sorry! Might be worth a phone call ...
And yes, they had loads of £5 off wys £25 vouchers, but only can be used in 10 different Boots stores (larger city stores, obviously incl the Mall).

• Sandra Scarlett's here no more
She's left the room, and shut the door
She will not cause disharmony
Or conflict and controversy

And so to Boots, she went today
And spent her points (no cash to pay)
She used her wrinklies, and her card
Though getting through her day was hard

Alas poor Sandra has the blues
That card she will no longer use
And she'll do like she did before
And shop at market stalls, once more

At S*perdr*g, her cash she'll spend
For now, her Bootsing days will end
She'll give herself a little break
Cos "God like" posts are hard to take

So thank you for your great support
And for the tips that I've been taught
And thank you for the PMs too
But, for the while, I'll say .................... Adieu

xx
