Erm, yes - sorryI actually came on here now to see if he'd posted anything - I knew Mr TM couldn't keep him out of trouble whilst I popped out.
I'd even logged out of MSE too. Little blighter - 3 years old isn't too young to become an OSer though, is it?
I can even tell you the reason for the message - he loves typing brb on msn because I've got one of those lovely flashing ones. Kiwichick and CQ can vouch for his typing skills :rotfl:0 -
Any idea how long this thing'll take to defrost? If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

When did you take it out of the freezer MBE? And is it in a bowl, bag or something different? My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead

Depends where it is and how defrosted it is at the moment.
It's had three hours, stick a fork in it and see how frozen it is in the middle. I'm presuming it's on your kitchen worktop and that it's fairly cool in there?
If it's still very frozen then you could put it in the micro on the very lowest setting to defrost it a bit quicker.Just run, run and keep on running!0 -

as it is pasta and cauliflower, I would check it soon should be getting close I'd think - see if you can get a knife straight through the middle (I would have said skewer but I think we are getting to know the limitations of your kitchen)

It's in the kitchen, which is one of the warmer rooms in the house. I don't want it until probably 6pm or so, but it's still pretty solid in the middle at the moment. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0
