Oh poop! No 1 will be at work to accept it! If they can't deliver do they ring your contact number? I only live round the corner, but can't camp outside all day!

I got my despatch email today, I have opted for instore collection, they say two working days, so are their working days assumed to be Mon-Fri only or do you think it may be in the store on Sunday? Has anyone used the instore collection service?

it was back online yesterday but kept crashing, a few folk managed to get thier orders in before the fiasco!

Just back from Pizzahut (with 50% off!) to find a dispatch email and a paypal one to say moneys been taken. So looks like my orders gone through?

Says Home Delivery Network but delivery day said 28th so thinking it might come earlier next week.

Anyone know what HDN do if your not in? Neighbours never answer the door and dont know them as rental property, Parents might be in but Im out 8-5.30.

I did ring Boots to check about my order at 6pm and the SA was really nice - said she thought if it said order pending in the warehouse she was 25% sure Id get it - she said she was amazed Id got through as she had day off and tried all dayto get on but couldnt. Said she was glad she had a day off yesterday - said the telephone team felt awful about the situation and had a stressful days work with all the calls.

I think they attempt delivery twice. Our driver is fab and will always leave it with neighbour or comes back the second time later in the evening (after 6). A lot of people on here don't like HDNL as they do have a reputation for bad service!

at Christmas i has 2-3 parcels from boots, but still got to know the hdnl guy, he always made sure he attacked both front and back doors and nxt doors, doors to leave the package!! so have faith HDNL are really good :T
