Hmmm Im beginnning to wonder if Il get my order as the money is pending on paypal still, and Ive had confirmation email of my order but I know this is not always meaning It will work?

I went for free delivery which is saying 28th Jan.

Oh well really hope i get my order but if not nowt i can do!

Hi I have been watching this thread since the Sale was first mentioned. Couldn't get my basket processed originally. But I did mangae yesterday at 7.00am. I have just spoken to CS because I have received an email of confirmation. She says that it is being processed and the money will not be taken out till its due to being despatched on the 28th.

So for those of you who have recieved a confirmation e mail it still look like the order is going through. (I hope still not !00% convinced until I see it.)

i got a phone call from them thismorning saying that they are not going to put the sale back on line, and that if i wanted to order anything it would be at full price!!!:@

Thinks there will be lots of stock heading for the clearance store if they are intent on charging full price for items that are left over. Particularly as most of us know they went as low as 75% off. The item I had my eye on is back at full price and with a use by date so the money is staying firmly in my pocket.

Boots must be losing out due to such a poor website.

Just had an email to say my order has partially dispatched.

I'm not getting my Elle Vanity case or my Toni and Guy heat protection set. Rang customer services and they say it must of have been out of stock when the order was picked. I can of course now order it at full price! as it seems to be back in stock.

Oh no, I seem to have another dispatch email come through. I tried to place my order 3 times yesterday, all got the generic error message so gave up. Last night I had 1 confirmation of order email come through, I thought great, and today 1 dispatch email.

However I have just had a 2nd email saying another is dispatched but no confirmation ever came for this one!

Blummin heck, I only wanted 1 iggle piggle, do you think I will be able to take it back to a store and get the full amount and the postage credited due to their fiasco?

I even called yesterday and the girl said the system was down so could not tell me a thing!!

it was said on here although unsure taken from where on .com u can refuse delivery and then its sent back and cash refunded
