when I went (Dec) I thought it was quite good, sancutary stuff very cheap 50p - £2.50, old make up very cheap 50p - £1.50, but then yesterday in a normal boots on the clearance shelf, a rose damask set for £1 that was £2 in Beckton
I think it is very hit and miss, I don't think the xmas stuff goes cheaper than 75% from what I've heard.
But I will be going again (even though it is a bit of trek) because you never know - I may turn up just as they are unloading a pallette of all the fabby stuff I missed in the sale!

edit - there's a Next clearance next door and I did think it was rather pricey for a clearance store too!

ive found th eone at beckton to be full of shampoos and lotions. they do do other things and i use to go for a browse and sometimes hit lucky (when i wanted a samsonite pop up baby cot thing). tehy also do kids clothes but not that cheap, just half price like any store. id say unless you read on here something you want its not worth the trek, probably find it just as cheap elsewhere. thge make up is usually all tipped out and used (by the schoolgirls or muppets in general). its not like your usual boots with a large variety of stuff on shelves. lots of toothpaste usually too.

My sale order turned up today, too tired to sort it now, but looks good. The Lee Stafford set and a port/cheese board set have cracked plastic cases.

Will look at prices as forgot what I paid see if Il take them back or not?

Yet another Holiday sun lotion was in there - Im grateful of freebies but I dont use the stuff so friend will be doing well!

My order finally went to despatched lst night and apparently I'm getting everything. I'm really surprised as a lot of the items have been showing as 'out of stock' for the past week. I'm also apparently getting 2 of the Elle Macpherson travel sets, which a lot of people have said they didn't get. We'll see what turns up!

My parcel arrived this morning at the same time as the despatch email!

Elle vanity case (for s-i-l's birthday) was cancelled but everything else arrived. I'd treated myself to the No7 Artist's Comp, haven't opened it yet but just the case looks good - how sad am I?!

The toy I'd ordered for my nephew's birthday has a bit of a battered box and looks as though the bottom has been opened and taped back up so I'm going to open it up to check everything is ok.

I'm pleased the delivery has arrived but not sure I'd do it again next year - who am I kidding

mine just arrived all present and appears to be okay. after my first order got cancelled i am pleased that ive managed to get a few bits that I was after.

nothing was wrapped tho all just chucked in big box with loads of paper but nothing appears broken!
