MINE'S MORE OR LESS THE SAME, IT LEFT ABOUT 6 THINGS IN THE BASKET AND THE REST HAD GONE. ANYTHING LEFT IT IT WAS AT FULL PRICE. LIKE U I THINK I'M GONNA GIVE IT UP AS A BAD JOB

surely everyone could just say thati was waiting for my payment to go through and thats when it crashed,i had clicked on confirm. i have phoned boots and she said someone will call me back in the morning,to leave evrything in the basket and they will apply the sale offers for me.im not sure if they will phone.she said the website is up and down and the chances are the stock will still be there. and get them at sale price.
does anyone know how long do the items stay in the basket ??I am a full time Benefit and Money Adviser for a leading non profit charity and I LOVE my job

I'm just so disappointed. Didn't want much, just a few things for birthdays etc which have now disappeared out of my basket..
