Did you put your card details in and confirm etc? I have. But when i go to my order number and it lists what ive bought it says 're order' at the side

i was waiting for my payment to go through and thats when it crashed,i had clicked on confirm. i have phoned boots and she said someone will call me back in the morning,to leave evrything in the basket and they will apply the sale offers for me.im not sure if they will phone.she said the website is up and down and the chances are the stock will still be there.
