They could not tell me either. But if you have a confirmation email it will be dispatched

she said by 6pm it should be back on.i was so peed off! i knew i shoudlnt of wasted my time looking at all the same items, just checked out with what i had!

i am sooooooooooooooooo hoping my stuff is still in the basket but doubt it wanna cry cos ive spent alllllllllll afternoon looking through all the sale and picking bits without no trouble then when i decide to pay it all goes bang

hope they sort it soon and everyone gets there stuff

I got as far as payment earlier, the site crashed, gave up, went back later and all my stuff was still in the basket. BUT it had sold out. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhh I hate Boots.com!!!

thats as far as i got 2,i was waiting for my apyment to be verified and then it went to the holding page. fingers crossed its back by 6pm.if not i give up and try to by the item on ebay as i have just checked and people are putting the vanity cases on there.
