I would agree. It doesn't seem as though [Name removed by Forum Team] has learnt much from his experience and it's just the same stuff going around and around.0 -

I think up until GC is closed of business, this thread should continue to act as a warning to any potential victims.
Not that I can imagine anyone willing to send a cheque to a company that offers no address to send it to, on top of any potential phone contact from said customer is courtly replied with "Your Mam!":A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
"Marleyboy you are a legend!"
{Removed by Forum team};25067807]trisontana, payment being received is classed as the moment the funds clear into the vendors account. This didn't happen and thus payment has not been made.
Also remember a cheque is an instruction for payment, not a form of payment. Seeing that I would need to cash the cheque, it would be shredded and thus payment not being made.
Check the relevant laws on this one. You will see I am correct.
If this is the real GC, he must have been having some English lessons. His spelling and sentence construction has improved a great deal since his first posts!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
One might assume his new PHD helped him discover what spell checker does:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

PHD is also the abbreviation for the port of Peterhead in north-east Scotland (you can get some lovely fresh fish there, and it's got a prison where a lot of p-philes are imprisoned)0

seeing that i said the word 'study', you do not study a port. You study a subject.
