No doubt we won't hear from {Removed by Forum team} for a while now or he will just ignore the question.

I swear I saw that man the other day. He looked a good bit older than that though. I think he was trying to backtrack on his lies about spending cuts....

OK [Name removed by Forum Team] , you keep saying none of these people are real customers, now talk to a real customer.
I have a county court judgement in my favor against yourself for a total of £828.88 that has so far been ignored.
I would like to know when I will receive this amount or whether further action is necessary. I would like to point out that under these circumstances that if you fail to repay the total amount then I am entitled to file under Directors Disqualification Act 1986 which would stop you running any future businesses for the next 15 years.

I would appretiate a prompt reply

I'm guessing that you will need to send the bailiffs at some stage.

Good luck in getting your money back - you’re going to need it I would imagine!

If you are in the process of closing your company will you still honour refunds?

1. Any refunds shall be provided in the form of a credit note for exchange or in the form of a company cheque
{Removed by Forum team};25333625]matteus240 i have no information on who you are. all county court judgements or small claims would have to be in the name of GC's PC's and not me for obvious reasons.

We know of no-one who we owe over £800 and if there was such a case, our solicitor would be dealing with it. All judgements are applied for a set aside which means you no longer have a judgement against GC's PC's and thus cannot claim so.

If we agree to any judgement, we will of course pay any money due as a process of closing the company.

Nothing can be held against me in person. Any money you think you're owed as a customer is in the name of GC's PC's.
You're now showing your lack of knowledge of Company Law. I'd advise you brush up on it before making statements like that. And please make better sense the next time. The highlighted section makes no sense.

[Name removed by Forum Team] , the judgement is in the name of Gcs Pcs and the total amount as advised is £828.88.
Should you require me faxing you over a copy of the judgement then by all means PM me a fax number to send to.
Alternatively I can PM you the claim reference for the case and you can contact the courts yourself to obtain details.
For your convenience, the order number in question is 081207-195242-7965 which was originally made (but never completed) on 07/12/2008.

I trust the above will help clarify things and look forward to receiving your response so we may promptly clear this up.
