I have today been given confirmation from companies house that my application to hold off closure has been successful.
They have seen the County Court Judgment and and validated it to the company.
They have told me this will last until April but if the issue hasnt been solved then I can simply reapply.

[Name removed by Forum Team] , I would like to again ask you for details of your legal representation so we may conclude this matter. I trust you were able to tie my records with my order number etc?

Did anyone see Rogue Traders yesterday? It featured a mobile motor-mechanic from Essex. He had been ripping off people, not answering their phones calls, kept changing his business name and had a fictitious trading address. He was even overweight. I wonder who he reminds me of?

Good for you, matteus, but you're wasting your breath, coming on here to speak to [Name removed by Forum Team] . As his posts consistently demonstrate, he has but one response to anything and everything: you can't do this to him, no-one can do that to him, everyone is guilty and he is blameless.

His daft delusions of omnipotence brought him here in the first place and judging by the gibberish he posted in his last "no-one can get anything from us" post, they still continue.
