Google's ongoing misrepresentation of the [Name removed by Forum Team] commercial empire is exceeded only by Companies House cavalier disregard of the truth.
Fact is, the company registration number you have quoted relates not to GC'sPC's but the infinitely larger group enterprise, as explained on the subsidiary's website:GCs PCs is part of GLC Group Ltd -- Registered in England Company Number 6541505.
The very existence of GLC Group Ltd, named in honour of eponymous founder [Name removed by Forum Team] Lee [Name removed by Forum Team] , should demonstrate to all prospective customers the wisdom of dealing with a massive corporate group with massive resources, rather than the kind of back-bedroom-eBay-buying-opened-box-shifting amateurish con that might easily hallmark some lesser enterprise.
As a Limited Company, GLC Group is (I believe) at the forefront of UK ecommerce, and within this corporate giant will be many subsidiaries, of which GCsPCs, or GC'sPC's, is but one. It is quite possible GLC Group also owns Nokia, Shell BP and a holiday caravan elsewhere in Southend.
The continuing failure of Companies House to set the record straight makes it appear that [Name removed by Forum Team] continues to live in a world of make-believe and that anything he says or writes is absurd.
Cerrtainly if I was [Name removed by Forum Team] , I'd not be using my legal team to collect a few quid for obsolescent mobile phones, but would instead be taking action against Companies House. The patience he has shown towards these faceless bureaucrats is astonishing, and the sooner the official Registrar of Companies is behind bars, the better.0 -

Did anyone see last night's Watchdog when Matt Alwright was investigating that TV aerial installation firm that has an MD who, apparently, gives a different name when you call him relating to the business, and says that the person with the MD's name has been dead for 2 years
?
This guy also made threatening remarks to Matt during his calls - now, does this remind us of someone else in the Southend-ish area?0 -
At the moment his website is down. I wonder if this is permanent or just temporary?What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Ive just checked and it is open...still selling 'New is Now' iphones and his dodgy Terms and Conditions.
Still no correct geographical address or company name either. Anyone care to google 'phones + powered by cubecart' to see if [Name removed by Forum Team] is trading via another website? I wouldn't be surprised...[Name removed by Forum Team] should refer to
www dot angel fire dot com/super/badwebs (take out spaces) as his website seems to adhere to all the common mistakes!Profit=sanity
Turnover=vanity
Greed=inhumanity:dance:0 -

He must have been updating it with the newest and latest stock :rotfl:0 -
I thought the website might be down to allow this particular GLC Group Ltd subsidiary to offer a customer incentive such as free English language translation software.
But apparently not.
"Thank you for being a loyal member to us" and much else remains incomprehensible as does the "Delivery & Orders" section where the definition of "new" continues to mean "old" (mobile phones whose packaging seal has been broken, contrary to the warning caveat on the box.)
This does tend to highlight one of the drawbacks of a giant multi-national corporation, as GLC Group seems still to be assigning the preparation of website copy to its creative division in Kazakhstan.
Anyway, I shall continue to browse for a bargain, happy in the knowledge that the Chief Kazhak is still "grateful of you visiting our site".
To know, nice, think loyally a member I!
