    Perhaps the powers that be have finally made a move.

    The store software the fraudster use is called "Cubecart" and I know it well, as I use it in my business.

    All [Name removed by Forum Team] has done is gone into the admin panel of CubeCart and ticked the box that states "store offline"; hence the URL http://www.gcspcs.co.uk/store/offLine.php
    Cubecart then invites you to write a message to explain to your customers why your store is offline; I normally put something like "We are closed over the Christmas period", but [Name removed by Forum Team] just typed in "You have been banned from this website." trying to trick you into thinking that you, personally, have been banned. In fact, nobody can access the site.

    The thing to watch now is that he doesn't start up his business again using a different website. He did this before for a short time (under the name of Impulsecheck, or some similar name) and even claimed that a Nigerian gang who had cloned his details. We must be vigilant and keep checking.

    I think that gcspcs.co.uk is pretty much dead, thanks to people like us; when the Press Complaints Commission rules against this scum (and they will), Nick Sommerlad of the Daily Mirror will go to town against [Name removed by Forum Team] and David [Name removed by Forum Team] in a full page spread. That will be the final blow.

    I check impulsetechuk.com daily and this site has not been online for some time; if he is currently building a new site, I'll find it.

    And of course we will get all the blame for the demise of this great company. The boy-wonder battled against great odd to forge a world-beating operation that offered great value for money, with 5-star customer relations and the motto "the customer is always [STRIKE]banned[/STRIKE] right".

    As JamesGilmour has stated, he is using cubecart to display the message, I have asked completely neutral users to check the site too, and lo and behold even THEY are banned. Its gotta be good for business seeing that page pop up for any potential victi......I mean customer.

    Let's hope his website stays down and the little rat doesn't open up another one.

    Interesting business strategy;

    1) Make a cheap, naff & bugged website to attract customers.
    2) Insult all of your customers - publicly.
    3) Ban everyone from the webiste - even people who have never accessed it before.
    4) Profit???

    And they say the great days of British enterprise are dead!
