And for authority over the internet should pass from the Yanks to the ITU-T: at least they're the international telephone standards body answerable to the UN and not the White House.0 -

im a wee bit thick with some things internety - so i dont understand how someone can just be 'banned' .... like how does he know my IP relates to my user name on here??? presuming thats what hes done'Normal' is a dryer setting.0 -
Here is how you can still have some fun: click on http://www.gcspcs.co.uk/store/admin/login.php?goto=/store/admin/index.php that is the login screen for [Name removed by Forum Team] 's store: if you get in there, you can change product descriptions, prices etc etc etc.
All you need is his user name and password; the user name likely to be something like [Name removed by Forum Team] admin and the password...well I am sure it isn't Baby P.0 -

[Name removed by Forum Team] /David has thrown in the towel for now.
I was banned at one stage and just went through a proxy.
Going through a proxy again shows that it's a fake message issued by the [Name removed by Forum Team] s. Of course "I is banned and I will get a Police record and bailiffs and visits........"The man without a signature.0 -

As far as I can see he is:
a) allowing this huge fraud to go on hour by hour, day by day, month by month
b) standing on the sidelines while [Name removed by Forum Team] has "upped his ante", namely by collecting credit card numbers through phishing (the evidence for that is simply the fact that he writes "This page is secured" on the page
c) allowing [Name removed by Forum Team] and David to send abusive emails and make abusive telephone calls to all and sundry: the contents of both emails and telephone calls are beyond shocking
d) informing [Name removed by Forum Team] that there will never be any charges (according to [Name removed by Forum Team] in one of his recent posts)
Fortunately in this country, before the police can take the action you want they have to have solid cost iron proof, not just heresay and random posts on the internet.
It takes time to gather real evidence, and then the CPS have to consider whether there is a high probability that a court case would succeed. This takes time, and is a fact of a society that in the main considers you are innocent until evidence and prosecution proves you guilty.
I don't think the potential for prosecution has been helped by the childish and juvenile practices of some of multi logging on to the site, putting in false orders and CC details etc. All this has done has put the [Name removed by Forum Team] s on their guard; hence them changing the T&C's. Left alone, they would almost certainly have provided enough rope to hang themselves, possibly by an undercover test purchase by Trading Standards or the police.0
