I don't think the potential for prosecution has been helped by the childish and juvenile practices of some of multi logging on to the site, putting in false orders and CC details etc. All this has done has put the [Name removed by Forum Team] s on their guard; hence them changing the T&C's. Left alone, they would almost certainly have provided enough rope to hang themselves, possibly by an undercover test purchase by Trading Standards or the police.

Unfortunately, I think you might be right! But at least a good time was had by all, while it lasted!:D:D:D (With the exception of the [Name removed by Forum Team] family that is!)

I still think its early days to accept he has simply "thrown in the towel", I think at least for a little while longer we should assume he is merely "hiding in wait" until such a time as we see he has been convicted.
