    URGENT NOTICE

Whoever is making orders in the name of Baby P has little respect and thinks the affair is a joke. I warn you to stop now!

It is a ridiculous joke and they need to grow up. Ok if you all enjoy spending 20 minutes each day making fake orders, but you will pay for supplying false information or stealing identities through FRAUD. Something like that is beyond a joke and I hope you suffer.

The police shall be following this matter up.[/QUOTE]

Does this police e-mail address even exist, or is it just a sham? Perhaps someone should ring Essex police to see if an investigation is even ongoing? I know [Name removed by Forum Team] will say it isn't, but just so we can be sure!

My thoughts exactly......still can't post links yet.... posts 390/546

It's got to be a Pi$$ take.....at least it better be, or we are all in trouble.

i have taken the time to read the whole thread, and i agree with looby. some of you have really let yourselves down and i fail to understand what some of you are hoping to achieve. some comments made say more about the posters than they do about gc

I can guarantee you that the website does exist, as do some of the most stupid terms and conditions I have ever seen. Although they have been dumbed down a bit from what they were.

But are the police and TS taking it seriously? People have lost money (Although, thankfully I've managed to escape this one - have had nicked credit card details in the past though, so know what it's like!)

Yes, it exists, BUT the better part of 1200 posts on here, 3+ months down the line from the original post, reports in daily newspapers, a myriad of similar reports across the worldwide web, god knows how many banks/merchants/chargebacks/claims etc. It's STILL there!

Something is VERY wrong, if this is as it appears then the "investigation" needs to be shifted toward the "investigators"

If anything, it's got worse rather than better.

I think that there is some confusion here. Money Grabber and No1 were asking if the police email is real, not [Name removed by Forum Team] 's website (which is all too real)

Yes the email does exist . The news editor of Computer Active first told us about it and she has been pro-active in getting information about Gc's Pc's to both the police and Trading Standards.

Here is another example of how [Name removed by Forum Team] is "economical with the truth":-
    http://www.echo-news.co.uk/news/4083133.Business_of_whizzkid__16__under_scrutiny/

You can see on there that he accuses people on DS of making up stupid T&Cs and they were nothing to do with him. Of course they were originally on his website and there are screen-shots to prove it.

Whoever is making orders in the name of Madeleine McCann has little respect and thinks the affair is a joke. I warn you to stop now![/QUOTE]
Do you know how common the surname "McCann" is amongst the Gaelic (Scottish and Irish, in case you forgot, [Name removed by Forum Team] ) population? The chances of there being only 1 uniquely named Madeleine McCann on the entire planet are very small indeed (planet population is 6.5 billion at the last count).

You hope people will suffer when other posters on this thread have said that you or your staff have made verbal threats to them on the phone? And yes, I am aware of the circumstances of their calls - I read their posts.

A word of advice from one of the older, wiser, and more mature people on this thread, Master [Name removed by Forum Team] : there's a thing in UK law called the Telecommunications Act 2003: this makes it a criminal offence to use the phone system to transmit obscene messages or content or to make threats against another person.

Actually, young [Name removed by Forum Team] , the police are currently investigating you and your family's business dealings, and I very much doubt that they will take your word for anything if you make a complaint.

...but your site LOGS the I.P of every visitor to your site, doesn't it half pint? ...meaning you SHOULD know who sent you this so-called 'fake order'.

I reckon the fake orders don't exist, and the above comments have been posted specifically to help your defence, when the script of this thread is presented as evidence!

    Thought so, pipsqueak.
