BSkyB broadband no longer free

yep, when they first offered it me it was in retentions, i told them i would have a think about it. when i phoned back i was eventually passed back to retention. i dont think there was any log made of the conversation either so i presume its open to others. the 8 meg one would have been fine but as i have read mixed reviews on the speeds of o2 i have opted for the 20meg one at £2.50 which should guarrantee a minimum of 8 meg

as far as i am aware its only for 12 month but at least i have the option of looking elsewhere and not handing over more money to $ky

Sky's policy regarding downgrades in the first 12 months is that you can downgrade for a fee of £20. With regard to the price freeze and taking out Sky Talk, the price is frozen until at least 1 Jan 2010.
