Obviously the dogs will be registered in my name, can this in anyway be found out or is there anyway of the OR seeing what breed of dog they are. Sorry for all the questions but there is no way i can lose my dogs and i also want to be seen to be doing everything correctly by the OR.0

insurance premium out of my account which will be included in bankruptcy but we may have a chance of going the IVA route - are they less strict about these things as assets on IVA's?something missing0

For dogs honestly they wouldn't bother. It would be a different story if they saw money coming into your account from breeding them , or prize money from shows, but as yours are pets I doubt very much they'll even ask what breed they are. I can only second what others have said really. We have 3 cats and the OR didn't ask how many cats we have or whether they were pedigree and we had pet insurance on our SOA. Like everything about bankruptcy, there seems to be a lot of grey areas
