Obviously the dogs will be registered in my name, can this in anyway be found out or is there anyway of the OR seeing what breed of dog they are. Sorry for all the questions but there is no way i can lose my dogs and i also want to be seen to be doing everything correctly by the OR.0

For dogs honestly they wouldn't bother. It would be a different story if they saw money coming into your account from breeding them , or prize money from shows, but as yours are pets I doubt very much they'll even ask what breed they are. They certainly didn't ask me what my pooch is.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

I can only second what others have said really. We have 3 cats and the OR didn't ask how many cats we have or whether they were pedigree and we had pet insurance on our SOA. Like everything about bankruptcy, there seems to be a lot of grey areas
