I've just bougt one of the mini sewing machines, although I haven't started using it yet! I'm planning on starting with those drawer fragrance sachets (possibly heart shaped if I'm feeling ambitious!) although I'd like to use something other than lavender  Any ideas anyone?!

I must get mine out of the box and have a go with it! I was a bit worried it wasn't much use for anything...:D
    Numpties...I'm surrounded by them...save me...

To thevicster re sachets. I've made some with wadding infused with cedar oil to keep moths away.

Buddy...I've just had a play with mine now, it really works! Reckon you could sew just about anything on it as long as it's not anything really thick...must go get some of those silver needle threaders though! I've just sewn a heart shape for fragrance sachet type thing, yay!

Angela...sounds lovely, I like woodlandy and fresh type smells...will have to go hunting on ebay now. Didn't think of using oils on wadding...now the smells are endless!

I still cant get photo bucket to work to show you my dolls  I have uploaded them to a snapfish album, the link is below. I havent used them before and from what I can make out if you want to see the pics you would have to put in your email address and make up a password unless you are already with them. I have left a message on the photobucket forum to see if anyone on there can help me.

Sandy, that's a fabulous idea. I have a lovely pair of suede shoes that I hardly ever wear and they get so dusty in the wardrobe.

I don't have that many posh bags, but the ones I have were either bought at bargain prices, from the charity shop or I inherited them
