I went to the Cardiff HomeBargains, I wish i'd stopped off at the Newport one as well now, can't really justify the £5 toll to go back again for a while now.

Can i ask where in newport is Home Bargains please
I Love My Computer Because My Friends Live In It
  • Me and my friend only exchanged token Christmas presents last year promising ourselves a day out somewhere in the New Year instead and I'm wondering if a trip to some of the big shops you mention on here would be worthwhile.

I live in Warwickshire so can anybody suggest somewhere?

There's a Hobbycraft in Coventry which I avoid because it is so expensive and I tend to stock up through eBay at the moment. :)

Is that of any use to you? Not sure what they sell but you can find some great bargains in pound shops

  • Thank you for that, but I was thinking along the lines of a day trip to one of the shops recommended on here. :)

Julie H - This shows where all the Home Bargain stors are. I might treat myself to a trip to Gloucester this weekend. Or possibly the Lacock scrapstore. hmm I really shouldn't spend anymore money!

Would make lovely gifts if you had the patience to do a set. could always use bigger buttons to make it easier
