My BT bills have been showing "random" charges on my 0870 calls for the last 2-3 months. I have tried very hard to find a pattern as to which calls are charged but couldn't spot anything. It really is random. Its only a small number of calls I am having to pay for but I was wondering if it is a normal BT practice or is it a special treatment.
