In my previous (non business) contract I had a different model after 3 repairs (same or similar fault). I could pick any phone up to the value of the one I had or a better one and pay the difference- prices on their website

Oh right i miss understood your post, chaosx if your mum signed for it dpd who are the courier vodafone use will have a copy of this so this will prove who signed for it if anyone and it will prove if a phone was ever sent which i doubt it was.
My phone should be with me tomorrow fingers crossed but its looking good as i have a consignment number from vodafone for the courier

Well I phoned again Thursday and was told it would be delivered Friday (today). They didn't know why it had been signed for and couldn't explain that. However my mum has told me a package has arrived which is likely to be my phone so I will find out tomorrow when I go over there. All I can say is that Vodafone have lost my custom when I come to renew my contract worth about £400 a year all because they wouldn't send me a phone that probably costs them only a few pounds.
