I can't see any offensive remarks OP. Perhaps it is a case of reading what you don't want to read and you deem that to be offensive?

I thought you could re-freeze stuff, within certain limits. My parents would often have a lot of stuff in their freezer, take a pack of something out of there, use a few things from it, and put it back in the freezer, and it was okay.

Let me get this right OP, you had food delivered by iceland and it turned out it was defrosted and you complained and had an apology plus the shopping replaced and you still arent happy, i wouldnt say iceland were mean,
