If the SEL is lower than the pack price or the price you are charged at the till.....even by 1p....then an r+r is in order. You can always check the prices with the instore scanner.0

My first R&R! I got paid £3 to take a L'Oreal Infallible foundation away! :j I was charged £7.99 but the SEL said £10.44, save £3 so now £7.44. The lady at CS refunded me the full £10.99, as she didn't see the £3 saving which was at the end of the receipt! :rotfl:0

Withdrawing from sale is a phrase alot of people have said.
A little tip: They cant withdraw an item from sale if you have already bought it, which you had.0 -
they have the item now what can i do about it ?0

Your best bet is to ring HO tomorrow morning on 0800 50 55 55 from 8am onwards and explain the situation. Explain fully her actions, especially the bit about her taking YOUR receipt and saying the transaction never happened.0

thanx i will give it a go in morning0

No problem. You might want to check out some of the other post as to what people have said to HO in the past regarding consumer laws. HO should say to you go back to the store. Your problem is that you have no receipt, and your relying that the original 2 people are honest enough to admit you went into the store.0
