Triker those hampers are lovely, but so far, I've resisted! Hope dentist goes well!
Pigpen, not having much luck love, but, it wouldn't be your life if there wasn't these little 'tests' you are sent.
mummy2mygirls that sort of pressure is unpleasant, I would have refused based on their ignorance of your circumstances. No doubt another one of the agencies they employ to generate income, http://england.shelter.org.uk/about_us/contact_us/making_a_complaint they do state they follow FRSB codes and this sort of calls from unexperienced agencies employed puts people off supporting them so I would make them aware.
    moggins definately deserve it, enjoy!
    Happy Anniversary Gerturdeanna

I feel sick, just stupidly logged onto OU site, looked at the course details for the new ones (didn't think they would be on yet) one course, 16 assignments in just over 6 months, I swore :o I'm not usually a user of bad language but this called for it. I don't dare look at the other course :o I've then even more stupidly started looking at the books available :rotfl: determined to make my own head explode today! Starts with Global Warming on one course, already read the first page of the book....

Booked the caravan in for a service, one place I called was really pushy so I said I would call back if I wanted to go ahead, no wonder, 50% higher price than the next one I called! Anyway that's booked for next Tuesday which I hope DP is ok with, fingers crossed sort they brakes issue out, need new tyres too, going to be expensive!

Oh while I was looking for caravan stuff I found the site again DS1 wants to stay at http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/Planning+your+trip/UK+Trips/Site+Search+and+Book/Club+Sites/Site+Detail.htm?csid=BUNREE Loch side pitches! I can see that being a soggy week whenever we book for there, kids and the dog will be in the water all the time, they have spaces in the summer still so might be going for that one if DP will travel that far...

DPs out at DS1s school, football thing, second week he's gone so still a bit shocked. I'm going to belt through the kitchen in the next half hour, pick DS2 up, sort kids food, DS2 to Beavers and back (I think DS1s going with DP) then make mine and DPs tea for when he gets back....
One day I might be more organised...........

  • Back from hhc!! didnt get as much done as wanted as i had shelter on the phone for ages trying to get me to do mthly donation etc and when i said no they said 'your kidding!! its only £2 a mth!' well i know its only £2 but i need to pay of all my own debt before i can pay donations again....made e feel really bad :(

Oh no!!! How terrible for you. That's down-right rude and unfair to apply emotion and moral blackmail to you like that. Don't feel bad M2MG You have no reason to. We give when and how we can. Not because someone's made us feel bad. gggrrrrrr  How rude of him!

On the upside, I'm very glad you and LilySue joined in with me. :)

OK I went to the class assembly, then to blood donors where I decluttered an armful of blood :D and then decluttered Mum and Dad to the station on the first leg of their journey, that was harder than I thought :( first time I have been to the station since DH died. I didn't go onto the concourse though, that is a step too far at the mo.

So you see Miss Toots I have done something, just not in the house!

Just back from chiro so having a quick cuppa before I take DS2 down to school to watch the basketball and then collect DS3 and his friend from school.

I did HHI but I need another one to clear the basket so will aim to do that when I get back.

    Hi guys

Just got in from work so I'm having a well deserved cuppa and a rest....had a new customer today which is always stressful but they were nice, I found the house ok, but it hadn't been cleaned for months - very tiring and I only had two hrs in which to do it all, I could have spent 2 hrs just on the shower cubicle :( anyway, I got done what I could and told them it'd get a more detailed clean as the weeks go on, they were happy :)

Went to the shops on the way back cause it's littleys birthday tomorrow and I had to buy cards and a balloon so that's one less thing to think about, just need to wrap pressies tonight. Have to go into town with her when she gets back for some shoes to go with her birthday outfit so I'll get a bit of food shopping and pick DD1 up whilst I'm there.

I've deleted things from the list that aren't applicable or don't need doing cause the kitchen is still good from the other day :j

OH is taping the Obama inauguration for me so I'm gonna watch that at some point - he's got a lovely smile :D
