Tootles - stripes is snoring very loudly, DH walked her before work and then I walked her. She played with lots of other dogs and had to be dragged home - she's shattered. Princess purr box is doing well at the moment - she's had a bit of bacon and some fish (she's being fed her proper food too but she's getting anything extra that we eat).

I really need to wash my hair...if I go for my 6 week check looking like this they'll probably commit me! I'm going to declutter the bathroom then have a bath....i'm just sooooooooooo comfy!:rotfl: xx

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and wishes re my aching face!:D

Feel better today but still nowhere near right, at worst scale 1 to 10, pain was at 9/10, now back to around 3/4 but rises steadily to 6/7 as day wears on.

Cheered myself up no end by finally getting 2 of these 75% off hampers from here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1429711

Off to dentist in a few hours and still feel Rich Tea rather than Hobnob but thanks for the thoughts you lovely lot.

PS Pigpen has outdone me pain wise as she had a headache, aching legs and reckoned she couldn't see out of one eye earlier............all she needs is a hump on her back and a church bell to ring and away she'll go.:rotfl:

Gertrurdeanna congrats on your wedding anniversary hun. I know it's been a toughie for you as I used to read the other thread, glad you came through sweetie. xx :T

Joining in on HHC, starting late so will finish late:D
  • DD2 got out of bed so many times I have resorted to setting up the travel cot and putting her in that. Needless to say she's not too impressed!!!! Would just leave her without a sleep but she was really tired this morning and I know she'll be really whingy when DD1's got her swimming lesson later.

So as a result the time that I would have spent flying whilst making soup was spent running up and down the stairs putting her back in bed. Will have to do the kitchen later after the school run. At least the DW is loaded and on, TD on, kitchen tidy and surfaces wiped. Could do with sweeping and mopping but maybe when the girls are eating tea later.

Hope you're feeling better soon Triker, Pigpen and any other poorly flyladies out there.
  • Back from hhc!! didnt get as much done as wanted as i had shelter on the phone for ages trying to get me to do mthly donation etc and when i said no they said 'your kidding!! its only £2 a mth!' well i know its only £2 but i need to pay of all my own debt before i can pay donations again....made e feel really bad :(

Sunnygirl my dd is at the stage of getting out of her bed ALL the time its a nightmare esp at night when dd1 is also trying to get to sleep.....

    anyway i got
the washing up and put away
S&S the kitchen sides etc and cleaned down the dining table
wiped all the appliances - even cleaned the cooker hob :)
