Hmmm, not a very DFW day today
spent about £12 on food and getting a taxi home from town because it was cold and I couldn't be bothered to wait for the bus for half an hour. So a bit cross with myself.. also hope OH doesn't realise I owe him about £8 for some steak he bought for me yesterday and some stuff he paid for in town. (so £20 wasted really) This is how the slippy slope starts. I really need to reign it in again.

Just updated my diary on http://www.spendingdiary.com/
This a really useful tool. I'm loving the little pie charts and stuff.
I've wasted a total of £38.93 this month.
£16.97 on clothes and shoes (Admittedly, I don't often buy clothes and shoes. And these were from a charity shop)(ok, I'm making excuses for myself)
£7.10 on food and drink outside of our normal grocery budget. (this is silly as we have £150 left in the grocery budget, not that we will spend this much)
£6.77 on alcohol (1 bottle of wine and some lager)
£6.10 on a taxi today. (I spend £97 per month on a pass which lets me get on all the buses i want so this was just silly) and
£1.99 on the game from the charity shop.
So, I guess it hasn't been crazy spending. And I still have £60 left for this kind of incidental spending to last the month but I'm still not happy.
Definitely going to get in a few NSDs this week. Maybe 5 instead of 4.0 -
My cat is on my feet and I'm starting to loose circulation. He's a big cat- weighs nearly a stone (not fat, just big) so after a while I start to loose feeling and he's been on there for nearly two hours now. But he's just too cute to boot off!0

Well, I have nothing to do today except sit on the sofa and not spend any money. Shouldn't be too hard..0

Hi Laura
You're doing really well, the "wasted" money isn't too much, and it'll just spur you on for next month. Enjoy the sofa.0 -
Have managed to have a NSD today by not moving off the sofa! Aaahh lazy days!0
