Hi there
You seem to be doing well, despite not leaving the sofa and having a bootle of wine, good on ya.
Fully recovered now- and did make it off the sofa, only to sit back down and sort out all this paperwork and stuff!
Have found a quote for buildings and contents for £17.77 per month, saving £17.18 per month (which is £206.16 over a year!) Only catch is OH has to cancel it as he is the main policy holder. I'm still waiting for him to cancel the Homserve Boiler Insurance policy thing he took out in his name which is £10ish per month. He had better sort it soon, because this policy only runs until 30th of march! Grrrrr
Feel like I need another bootle of wine0 -

Didn't have a NSD today
but what I did buy were mega charity shop bargains :j
Got one pair of calf high black suede wintery style boots for £6.99 Worn once, twice at most!
one pair of greyish brown flat boots for £5.99, also worn maybe once or twice!
And top bargain of the day- PC game Spore (currenty retailing at around £35) for £1.99! :j I had fancied having a play of that but thought thirty odd quid was a bit of a silly price!
Can't believe what people give away! the black boots are especially nice. very good quality suede. So yay! :T
Bit tired tonight so gonna log off early, rest my eyes and have a glass (bootle!:rotfl: ) of wine.0 -
Spent money again
But charity shop bargain again! :j
Bought a pair of Principles trousers for work. Brand new, still had tags on. £55 in Priniples, £3.99 in charity shop:j
Going to ban myself from the charity shops until next week now. Although these are genuine bargains, £20 is still £20!! So that's it. Until next week (give them a chance to re-stock!)0 -

I also read quite a lot and used to spend a fortune on books, but have now started buying the charity shop books for 49p and saved a fortune :rotfl:0
