But since my time is 1:24 I suspect I may beat all of those on WAVA

10 miles is my favourite distance to race actually as it doesnt take much out of you so you can really push it

hmmm i see... but dont forget my 10's have all come in the Hills of the north or going over the top of ally pally .....

I like fighting talk,,, but its true not in race condictions... so you can have it... for now, MUHAHAHAHAAH!!!..

I havent entered yet but am hoping for sub 1:45, maybe a bit less if training goes well this time but its the week before our marathon at fleetwood so I'll take it reasonably easy on the day I think

Well Becky my last one (last sept) was 2:36 :rotfl:I would love to do a sub 2 hours but I think I have to be realistic and aim for around 2:05-2:10 who knows on the day though! Guess it also depends on my stupid knees and how soon I can get back to some distance as at the moment 2 miles is about it :mad: Back to walking for the meantime:eek:
